Jim Horvath
James (Jim) Horvath attended the University of Arizona and has been an Arizona resident since 1975. He has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Arizona since 1978. In 1980 he founded Town West Realty, Inc. as a commercial real estate investment, development, and property management company. Today Town West and its affiliates manage, operate, and own over two million square feet of commercial, retail and office properties in the Tucson and Phoenix MSAs, over 500 multi-family apartment units and over 1,000 acres of land for development. In 2001 Town West Design Development, Inc., was established to provide architectural design, land planning, development, and construction services. Town West Design Development has completed the architectural design, construction, and development of numerous properties in Arizona.
Jim has served various community organizations, charitable boards, and business associations. He was a founding board member of the Southern Arizona Make A Wish Foundation and is a founding board member of Commerce Bank of Arizona. He has served on the board of the Young Arizonans for Carondelet Health Network “YACHT Club” and has served on the Southern Arizona Boys and Girls Club board and continues to support the organization. Jim is a Past President of the Salpointe Education Foundation Board, he served on the City of Tucson Water Board, Ballet Arts Foundation Board, and advisory board and is currently a member of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council “SALC.”
Jim and his wife Mary continue to generously support University Medical Center/ Banner Health, University of Arizona, University of Arizona Athletics, The Center for Opportunity, Diamond Children’s Hospital, Catholic University of America/Tucson, and various other charitable organizations.
Toby Horvath
Toby Horvath is a Tucson native; he attended Salpointe Catholic High School and went on to receive his BA degree in finance and accounting from Fort Lewis College in Durango Colorado. Toby returned to Tucson in 2009 to work at Town West Design Development as a Superintendent. Town West Design Development was founded in 2001 to provide architectural design development and building construction services, TWDD provides full professional services for Project Development including: land acquisition, rezoning, feasibility studies, financing, condominium conversions, architectural design and planning, project management and building construction. Town West Design Development, Inc. concentrates on build-to-suite for lease or sale projects including office, retail, medical and specialty uses. Now, Toby has transitioned to acquisition specialist, project and property manager for Town West Realty, Inc. Town West Realty, Inc. which was founded in 1980 offers a diverse full service portfolio real estate experience including, Apartment Complexes, Medical Centers, Professional Offices, Business Parks, Commercial & Retail Centers, Multi-family & Residential, Community Environments, Development Planning & Improvements, Portfolio Investment, Commercial Brokerage, Property Management, and Residential Real Estate.
